Return And Exchange Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. To maintain hygiene standards and ensure fairness, we follow a strict and limited return & exchange policy. Returns ❌ Products once collected from the store cannot be returned. ❌ No refunds will be issued after the product has been collected, under any circumstances. Exchange Policy An exchange is allowed only in the following cases: The product is expired A wrong product has been provided The product has a manufacturing defect Exchange Conditions Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of purchase The original bill/invoice must be presented at the time of exchange The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging Products that are used, tampered with, altered, or physically damaged after purchase are not eligible for exchange Inspection at Pickup Customers are strongly advised to check the product carefully at the time of pickup. Any issues related to the product must be reported immediately before leaving the store. Requests raised after leaving the store or beyond the specified time limit may not be accepted. Final Decision The store management reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request after inspection of the product and verification of the bill.
